INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
1. Candidates should check the Hall ticket and in case of any discrepancy should
immediately report to the Ramanujan Computing Centre, Anna University, Chennai for necessary action. For help contact the numbers 044-2235 8311, 044-2235 8312 [Mon to Fri 10.30 A.M. to 05.30 P.M].
2. Candidates are informed that they are PROVISIONALLY Permitted to appear for the
competitive written examination based on the information given in the application.
3. The candidates are informed that if Qualification, Age, Community Certificate etc.
as notified in the advertisment are found to be false and non-remittance of
Examination Fee noticed during certificate verification such candidate will not be
called for interview, even if they qualify in the Written Examination.
4. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall half-an-hour after the commencement of the examination and shall not be permitted to leave the examination hall until the duration of the examination is completed.
5. Use / possession of calculator, log tables, communication devices like cellular
phone, pager or any other programmable electronic device, media are not allowed
inside the hall.
6. OMR Answer sheet should be carefully filled up as per instructions given in the
sheet. No replacement of Answer Sheet will be given.
7. A candidate without a valid Hall ticket shall not be allowed to enter the
examination hall.
8. The candidate has to return the Answer Sheet and Question Book after
completion of the examination to the Hall Superintendent / Invigilator before
leaving the hall
9. Candidates have to use blue or black ball point pen only for writing and shading of Answer sheets. Answer sheets will be invalidated if shaded in pencil.
10. The candidate should produce a valid identification proof to the Hall Superintendent / Chief Superintendent / Invigilator.
11. Name / Application Number should not be written anywhere in the OMR Answer Sheet.
