TN e-Savai - How to apply for the Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate Online

 


Tamil Nadu e-Governance agency (TNeGA):

Tamil Nadu e-Governance agency (TNeGA) has developed e-Sevai application for online delivery of various citizen centric services of government department to public through Common Service Centers (CSC’s). To provide the government services to citizen at their door steps on 24X7 basis, the e-Sevai application for Citizen has been developed. For applying these services, the citizen have to register their profile by clicking ‘sign up’ and create their own user Id and Password(one time registration). Then by using these user credentials they can ‘sign in’ and apply for the services.

 

REV-117 Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate:

Issue of Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate  request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildar and processed.

 

What documents are required?

1. Photo

2. Chitta

3. Self-Declaration of Applicant

4. Adangal

5. Encumbrance

6. Any Address Proof

7. Sale Deeds

8. Other Documents

How to apply for the Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate Online:

REV-117 Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate can be easily obtained from e-Sevai by applying on your own. You need to register in e-Sevai before you proceed to apply for this certificate.

Go to the e-Sevai (Government of Tamil Nadu) Web Portal https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in

 

Enter the login credentials.  Make sure ‘Operator’ is selected in the Operator Type field.  

 

Enter Captcha code.  

 

Click to Login.

 

Click on Services on the left panel.

 

Click on the Revenue Department.

 

Click on REV-117 Small and Marginal Farmer Certificate.

 

Click on Proceed to continue.

 

If Applicant have CAN Number Please enter CAN Number then click on Search Button in order to proceed.

 

If Applicant doesn’t have CAN Number Click on Register button.

 

And then fill the details which are required.

 

Next Upload the required documents.

 

Finally pay your processing fee then download your receipt keep it safe.

The system of issuing permanent Community Certificate was introduced in the year 1988 in Tamil Nadu. This is valid for securing admission in all Educational Institutions and other professional institutions and also for employment.

REV-114 Legal Heir Certificate:

If the head or a member of the family expires, the next direct legal heir of the deceased such as the wife or husband or son or daughter or mother may apply for legal-heirship certificate on application for the purpose of transferring Electricity connection, House Tax, Telephone connection/patta transfer, Bank Account, etc. If the person who died is a Government servant, legal heir certificate is issued for sanction of family pension, and for getting appointment on compassionate grounds.

 

What documents are required?

1. Address of the deceased where he ordinarily resided before death (any one from the below document list)

2. Divorce Copy

3. Death Certificate of First Wife

4. Evidence for second marriage

5. Self-Declaration of the spouse indicating all other legal heirs (including Mother in law)

6. Marriage Registration Certificate or Passport or Voter ID or Aadhaar Cards or NPR data to establish relationship

7. Birth Certificate of all the children or T.C of all the children

8. Death Certificate of the deceased

9. Death Certificate of both the parents

10. Birth Certificate or Community Certificate or Passport or Aadhaar (all eligible heirs) or TC or NPR or Employee Service Board

11. Birth Certificate or TC or NPR or Employee Service Record or Community Certificate or Passport or Voter ID or Aadhaar of all eligible heirs

12. Guardianship order issued by Honble Civil court to prove relationship to the heirs

13. Self-declaration of the parents

14. Self-Declaration of Applicant

15. Document Proof for Legally Adoption
