TamilNadu Directorate of School Education said that there is no personal interview for this 4362 lab assistant post recruitment process. Candidates will be selected by the weight-age marks process as follows:

Total Marks 167 

Marks obtained in written exam (150 Marks)

Weight-age marks (17 marks)

Weight-age Marks Calculation Method:

Employment Office Registration Seniority (up to 06.05.2015) - 10 marks

Seniority up to 2 years - 2 marks

Seniority up to 4 years - 4 marks

Seniority up to 6 years - 6 marks

Seniority up to 8 years - 8 marks

Seniority up to 10 years and above - 10 marks

Higher education qualification - 5 marks
